That’s my dad’s exact car, but his is completely unmodded (no painted headlight housings, tint, or clear corners). The more time went on, the more he realized how valuable it was in 100% stock form — about 2/3 of what he paid for it 15 years ago. Crazy.
Great little car, much more fun than the numbers on paper would lead you to believe.

There’s a bunch of these for sale near me. I’m tempted by the idea until I remember that Mk4s can be horrifying electrical nightmares.
